Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh (Meerut and Agra Div): 170 cms Eastern Plains. Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha: 169 cms Central Plains. Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Dadar Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu: 168 cms Southern Plains. Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa and Puducherry, A&N Islands: 166 cms Gorkhas & Ladakhis: 157 cms Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical Standards.
